How did you come to use a coaching assessment tool?

"Since 2013, I have been coaching people. People told me the benefits of having an online presence, but I never paid attention since I had plenty of leads until the pandemic struck." said Arjun.

I realized two things;

• We live in a changing world. My existence depends on me changing.
• I can't reach 10 million people if I only teach offline.

I use BlockSurvey to gather feedback and conduct quizzes and assessments within the courses I create. For example, I teach people about making good choices. By the end of the lesson, I want them to remember it. A quiz is a great way to evaluate.

I also use BlockSurvey as a coaching tool. For example, since childhood, most of us have gathered limiting self-beliefs. I list a few such limiting beliefs, and I ask them to choose any three that resonate most with them. Based on that, I help them to eliminate those negative self-beliefs.

Before using BlockSurvey, I used the questionnaire tool built into the software I used to make my course. However, my students repeatedly complained about not being able to revisit specific quizzes. There were even times when a blank white screen appeared instead of questions.
