Eligibility

To complete the Women's Health Initiative Insomnia Rating Scale, individuals must be women aged 50-79 years old. They should not have been diagnosed with a terminal illness or dementia. Additionally, they should not have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia within the past year.
