The CD-RISC was developed to assess a range of personal resources that contribute to resilience and the ability to cope with stress and adversity. It also assesses overall resilience, which reflects an individual’s overall ability to cope with and adapt to stress and adversity.

The Connor Davidson Resilience Scale is designed to measure resilience in individuals aged 18 years and older. To be eligible to complete the scale, individuals must be able to read and understand written questionnaire.
