3. On the next section you can view all the offered plans. Select the Free plan and then click Get Free to downgrade your account to free plan.

4. Review your changes and click Continue to Survey.

5. Complete the Cancellation Survey & make sure you click Submit at the end.

6. Click the Checkbox to confirm your cancellation, and then click Cancel my plan to cancel your account.

What Happens After You Cancel a Paid Plan?

• Your plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
• You’ll be moved to the Basic Free Plan, which has response and feature limits.
• All your forms and data remain accessible unless you delete your account manually.

4. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox.

5. You will see a confirmation screen. Click Delete Everything to delete your account.
