Run the Analysis in Four Steps
Step 1: Open AI Analytics and Start the Analysis
In your survey, go to Analytics, open AI Analytics, and click Conduct Longitudinal Analysis. Set your results filter to All Responses so every wave is included.
Step 2: Pick Your Time Frames
Choose a preset: quarters, months, year over year, the same period each year, or a custom range, with up to ten time frames. BlockSurvey shows how many responses sit in each one before you continue.
Step 3: Choose Your Metrics and Questions
Select the metrics and the questions to analyze. Questions tagged as personal data stay unselected by default, so sensitive fields are never pulled into the analysis by accident.
Step 4: Set a Forecast Period and Generate
Pick a one, three, five, or ten year forecast and generate the report. You get three views: Trend Analysis showing how answers changed, Projected Analysis with a forecast and a likely range, and Individual Reports for any single time frame. Export to CSV or PDF, or publish a shareable link.
