What the register records
A structured inventory built from your list of systems, worded to align with ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF 1.0 MAP function:
- Each AI system by name, so nothing you use is missing from the record.
- Purpose, what the system is used for and the decision it supports.
- Owner, the named person or team accountable for the system.
- Data, the inputs the system uses and where they come from.
- Risk level, so higher-risk systems get the attention they need.
- Status, whether the system is live, piloted, or retired.

- Human oversight, who reviews the system's output before it is acted on.
