01How do I integrate Tremendous with BlockSurvey?

Open your survey, go to the Integrate screen, and click Connect on the Tremendous card. Sign in to or create your Tremendous account, set the reward amount, currency, and campaign, then map the recipient email to your survey's Email question. Click Set up Tremendous and share your survey.

02What triggers a reward from BlockSurvey?

A qualifying survey submission. When a respondent completes the survey, meets any conditions you set, has not hit a reward limit, and passes the duplicate and protection checks, Tremendous emails their reward automatically.

03What do I need before I can send rewards?

A Team or Enterprise BlockSurvey plan, a funded Tremendous account, a Tremendous campaign, and an Email question in your survey, since rewards are sent by email. Anonymous surveys cannot use rewards.

04Can I control who gets a reward and how many go out?

Yes. You can add conditions based on answers so only certain responses qualify, cap the maximum rewards or total budget, limit to one reward per email address, and hold rewards for your approval before they send.

05How do respondents receive their reward?

Tremendous emails each qualifying respondent a redeem link, paid from your Tremendous balance. They choose their reward, such as a gift card or cash option, on the Tremendous redeem page. You can monitor and approve rewards from the Responses screen.
