Stacks Ascent is a program to help you kickstart your career as a developer in the Stacks ecosystem. It is designed to be a guided path for promising, talented developers to hone their technical skills while exploring ideas for products they may want to build on Stacks.
The bar for acceptance into Ascent is high, as we are specifically looking for builders who have the desire and ability to someday become technical founders or highly-valued technical contributors to the Stacks ecosystem.
While you don't have to be an expert, you should be familiar enough with Stacks that you have experimented with building things here and there and can speak specifically and intelligently about what kinds of things you want to see in the Stacks ecosystem.
