Privacy is a Fundamental Right: Digital Security Rountable & Workshop Questions

On Friday, May 16, 2025 from 11am - 2:30pm, the Princeton University Department of Anthropology will host a brunch session discussing the right to privacy with a focus on its contemporary and historically unsettled aspects in the United States.

The session will offer insight on issues relating to civil liberty protections as well as on developing practical approaches to personal data protection both in daily life and during fieldwork.

To preparation for our conversation, we ask that attendees register and submit questions so that we can precirculate them with discussants and anticipate attendees' needs.

Please note that all personally identifying information from this form will be kept confidential.
