Welcome to the HHS Impacts Survey. We are a team of former U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) employees collecting firsthand information about the impacts of cuts to HHS agencies, including mass firings and actions that push people out of public service, and pay stoppages to contractors and grantees. 

Our goal is to document the impact of these cuts to HHS programs and the American public. If you have been affected and feel safe sharing, we would greatly appreciate your insights.

This is an end-to-end encrypted survey form. In certain cases, we may share your story or aggregated information with congressional oversight staff and others who can help push for accountability and transparency, such as other tracking efforts that we partner with and trust. Your name will not be used in any way without your explicit consent. We will contact you directly if there is interest in learning more.
